To understand whether our ads lead to bookings, we share certain booking and conversion events with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). Specifically:

• Identifiers such as your email address and phone number are converted into an irreversible, encrypted form ("hashing") before they are shared. We do not send Meta your readable email, phone number, or name. Meta matches the hashed data against its own records to measure ad performance and cannot recover the original values from us.
• When you complete a booking, certain information (such as a hashed version of your email address) may be shared with Meta both through browser-based tracking (the Meta Pixel) and directly from our servers via the Meta Conversions API. This helps us measure whether our ads led to a booking. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your Meta ad preferences.
• The data we share relates to wellness and relaxation services. We do not intentionally share information that reveals a health condition or medical diagnosis.
